The breakfast was very nice; we ate there both mornings and were satisfied; the coffee was great, too! Staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel - quiet, everything is new (I think it's only about 8 months old), the restaurant on site is very good and really nice, we enjoyed the location (good part of town, close to the high bridge to hop over to Canal Park) and it's dog friendly. We loved our room with the separate living area and bedroom; TV in both rooms. Full size fridge, mini stove, dishwasher. Kitchen was stocked with plates and cooking utensils; just bring your own paper towels, dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels, etc. if you will be using the kitchen for cooking. Maybe they supply them, but our room didn't have them and we didn't ask for any. We would definately return to this hotel as it was lovely - very clean, beautifully furnished, loved the carpet in the hallways and stairs - stairwells were nice and wide and bright. Lots of options for entering the hotel with a key card. All in all, a great place and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

They were able to get us in a room very late that night as we came to Cloquet to visit family and ended up taking said family member to the ER at St Luke’s and he was admitted overnight and was discharged later that afternoon.i was very thankful the extremely helpful and very nice overnight front desk woman as she was able to find a room and squeezed us into a room that night.

The layout was nice; spacious suite with bathroom outside of suite so you don't have to go through the bedroom to use it. The full kitchen was great. The rooms are really quiet. The restaurant was amazing! Front desk staff was very accommodating for an early check-in and late check-out.
